MITANDS Sp. z o.o.'s strategic goal is to meet the changing needs and requirements of customers through the high quality of products and services provided, taking into account environmental and climate protection.
MITANDS Sp. z o.o. pursues a policy of ensuring quality in all areas of its operations. To implement this quality policy, we have implemented and maintain a quality management system compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and the requirements of legal regulations regarding the control of trade in strategic goods with foreign countries (WSK).
The primary goals are:
- meeting customer needs and requirements;
- high quality of delivered products and services provided in accordance with requirements;
- meeting statutory requirements, legal regulations, and provisions regarding environmental and climate protection;
- maintaining the trust of existing customers and acquiring new ones;
- prompt and objective handling of complaints and claims.
Achievement of the set goals is guaranteed by undertaking the following actions:
- employing personnel with the necessary theoretical knowledge, qualifications, and high practical skills, striving for their continuous improvement;
- applying modern technical solutions and environmentally friendly operating methods throughout the product life cycle;
- using proven suppliers who deliver materials, products, and services of the required quality;
- defining the responsibilities and authorities of all management levels and direct contractors for the quality of work performed;
- measuring customer satisfaction;
- considering environmental and climate protection in activities; Continuous improvement of the implemented Quality Management System,
- Ensuring compliance of the Quality Management System with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, legal requirements, and other applicable requirements,
- Providing the necessary resources to implement this policy.
This quality policy has been communicated to all employees and is understood by them.

ICP Policy:
1. Internal Compliance Program - Trade Control Policy Statement.
The written declaration of MITANDS Sp. z o.o.'s quality policy, which forms the basis for implementing an effective Internal Complience Program for foreign trade in goods, technologies, and services of strategic importance to state security, as well as to maintaining international peace and security, was implemented by the President's Decision of January 26, 2024, including the definition of management levels within the ICP (WSK).
The Internal Control System is based on the quality management system requirements specified in the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and the Act of November 29, 2000, on foreign trade in goods, technologies, and services of strategic importance to state security, as well as to maintaining international peace and security (current publication).
1.2. The purpose of the implemented Internal Control System at MITANDS Sp. z o.o. The purpose of the Company's policy is to:
- prevent international trade in cases where it is contrary to applicable national and international law;
- prevent all transactions with foreign contractors involved in the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
- ensure that profits are not made in a manner inconsistent with the adopted policy regarding the trade in goods of strategic significance;
- establish a clear division of qualifications and responsibilities of all persons participating in the trade and specify disciplinary liabilities for violations of applicable regulations regarding the trade in goods with foreign countries;
- take immediate corrective action in the event of a violation of the applicable rules of special trade;
- ensure that documentation and records are available to authorized state authorities monitoring the proper implementation of special trade;
- implement the recommendations and orders of supervisory authorities.
In order to ensure that trade in goods of strategic significance is carried out in accordance with the requirements,
the President of MITANDS Sp. z o.o. has appointed an ICP (WSK) Representative.
1.3. Company Policy Statement
MITANDS Sp. z o.o. intends to comply with export control principles set forth in national and international laws. In conducting trade, we declare that we will prevent transactions with contractors involved in the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and exclude opportunities for profit-making in a manner inconsistent with the policy on trade control of strategic goods.
Taking into account applicable regulations, I have created the position of Internal Control System Representative, who will oversee all matters related to international trade in strategic goods. The Internal Compliance Program Representative will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Internal Compliance Program (ICP), which defines procedures and responsibilities for individual employees. These activities ensure compliance of our company's procedures with legal provisions.
Poland participates in numerous control regimes that oversee the trade in dual-use goods, materials, technologies, software, and armaments.
MITANDS Sp. z o.o. trades in products listed on the lists of goods and technologies of strategic importance, which requires obtaining permits for trade in goods
with foreign countries. These permits may be required for many reasons, such as the inclusion of a given product on the lists of goods and technologies subject to special controls on foreign trade, the use of advanced technologies, the end user, or the end use subject to special controls.
Violation of export control regulations and procedures may expose our company and those responsible for trade to various administrative and criminal sanctions. These sanctions can have significant impact on our company and result in financial losses. Any employee of our company who knowingly violates applicable regulations will be severely punished, including dismissal.
The implementation of the Internal Compliance Program will allow us to detect and eliminate transactions or practices that are inconsistent with applicable regulations. Please report all such cases to me personally so that I can take the necessary actions in accordance with the procedures specified in the law.
